About Sarah Daniels

Sarah Daniels (c1933) is one of the highest Law women in her community. Her traditional land is called Minna Minna, north of Lake Mackay in the Northern Territory, for which she is the custodian along with her two sisters Mitjilli and Nancy Naninurra, both successful artists in their own right. Sarah lived the traditional life during her formative years, travelling and hunting and performing ceremonies with her family. She has painted for Warlayiriti Artists and since 2006, her career has continued to grow from strength to strength.
