Rammey Ramsey (1935-2021)

Born at Old Greenvale Station (Bow River Station), East Kimberly, Western Australia. Lived and worked Bow River Station. Gija people.
Rammey Ramsey painted for ceremony throughout his entire adult life, however, he only began painting professionally in 2000. His practice incorporated a combination of striking monochromatic works and use of bold colour to depict his country and ancestral lands.
